Hey. I’m Codi Cook. I run Waypoint AI out of Perth in Western Austrlia.
I build AI agent building services for Perth businesses looking to take advantage of this new, ever-advancing space.
Removing mundane tasks, helping processes run more efficiently, solving underlying problems, I provide services that can help your business learn the real value behind AI and adopt it at a comfortable pace.
Where some advancing AI tools are hard to master, seem unattainable, or progress faster beyond comprehension, I handle the architecture, share my understanding, and help your team focus on day to day operations.
How it Started
I decided to drop out of uni knowing I needed to jump on the AI trend while it was still new. I became obsessed with prompt engineering and ChatGPT’s capabilities, so I started using it to help my SEO content writing and found some solid progress. Then I found AI Automation, the perfect business model to monetise AI without being a seasoned dev.
Although, I soon realised if I wanted to provide truly valuable solutions, I needed to learn solid foundations with coding, prompting, and automation building.
Over the past 2 and a half years I’ve tried and failed many times. Immaturity, inaction, procrastination. Building agents and automations in the background without giving them the green light. YouTube and Instagram content with theoretical solutions, clunky editing and a corny video style.
While you can witness the fails, I want to help you experience the wins. With working solutions set in stone, I will provide agents that can drive practical results, help businesses adopt AI, and add clarity to an ever-growing, noisy industry.
Why I Chose AI
As I said before, I saw an opportunity and wanted to take it.
However, the AI space is surrounded by noise. New tools, new threats, new headlines. It feels like a new revolutionary tool could shake an entire industry overnight.
Trying to keep up with AI tends to feel like you’re on a hamster wheel with a dystopian future creeping in from all sides. Trust me, I feel it too.
But a lot of it is pure hype. People are sold the lie that AI is an infinite super genie. I think of it as an incredibly advanced probability machine. A useful tool for accelerating processes, assisting workers, and providing ideas.
95% of enterprise generative AI pilots have failed. Most businesses spread their attention too thin, set unrealistic expectations, and never find the time to explore what AI can actually do for them.
There are practical solutions that fit your business right now. You just need someone to help implement them.
How I work
I’m an advocate for keeping things simple and direct. No empty corporate jargon. No overhyped “monumental” AI multi-agent workflows. Aligned expectations save both of us from significant problems, which overvalued AI solutions tend to bring.
I do all the work myself. I might need to ask for a few things from time to time. For the most part, I’ll be working on your agent and in discussion when required.
Throughout the process, we talk from start to finish. Instead of handing you off midway, you’ll get one person the entire project.
The Process
- 1. Discovery: A good discussion on the type of solution you’re looking for. This is where we can align budgets, clarity, and feasibility.
- 2. Exploration: A 14-day build and test period. If the solution doesn’t meet expectations, you walk away. No lock-in, no pressure.
- 3. Handoff: If you’re happy with the initial solution, we implement it into your systems. If not, no pressure.

Things break and need refining, theory can only take you so far.
