Waypoint AI is a Perth-based AI agency run by Codi Cook. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

To build and operate solutions, we use tools including AI model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), automation platforms, and communication services where applicable. These are configured to limit data retention where possible. This list may be updated as the business grows.

  • – Contact enquiries: retained until resolved and for reasonable record-keeping.
  • – Client and agent data: retained for the duration of the engagement, then deleted within 14 days of conclusion.

Under Australian privacy law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject ‘Privacy Request’. We’ll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access or misuse. If a breach occurs, we will notify you without undue delay.
